Comcast Service Issues Affecting Guardhouse Update
Our last communication directed you to utilize the Gate Access website or phone app in order to put in your guests while we are experiencing issues with the Comcast services at our guardhouse. It has been brought to my attention that due to the lack of internet connection at the guardhouse these services are unavailable as well. Thank you again for your patience as we have this problem addressed.
Comcast Service Issues Effecting Guardhouse
Our guardhouse is currently experiencing issues with all Comcast services. Both inbound and outbound phone lines are effected and the guard on duty cannot make or receive phone calls. This is also effecting the automated phone system so you will not be able to leave a message. The problem has been reported to Comcast and we are expecting a technician between 11am - 2pm today. In the meantime, please utilize the GateAccess website and phone app to enter your guests as the guard currently has no way to call out to verify your guests. Additional communication will be sent once the system is functioning properly again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
