- All golf cart drivers must have a valid driver's license and the State of Florida Dept. of Transportation laws are in effect for all golf carts. This includes observing street signs.
- Golf carts are not to be driven or parked in parks, on sidewalks, or on the grass within Coastal Oaks.
- If you have completed our vehicle verification survey and registered your golf cart please pick up your decal from the clubhouse Friday- Monday 12pm- 5pm.
Independence Day Parade

Motor Vehicle Tag Verification Survey
To date we have verified roughly 60 percent of the resident vehicles in our community. This project has been split into neighborhoods and everyone who lives from the front of the community to Tarpon Bay Ct should have received a survey by now. If you live in one of these neighborhoods and have not received your survey please reach out to me at email@example.com.
The rest of the community can expect to receive the survey link in the next several weeks. Our expected completion date for this project is July 31st, 2017.
HOA Board Meeting
Wednesday, July 5th, 2017
The next HOA Board Meeting will be held Wednesday, July 5th in the Residents' Clubhouse at 4pm. If you are planning any exterior alteration to your home and need to submit an ARB application for approval please submit by 12pm on Wednesday.
HOA Maintenance Fees Due July 1st!
The third quarter maintenance fees for 2017 are due July 1st, 2017. There are several ways to make your payment including dropping it by the Residents' Clubhouse. If you have any questions please give us call at 904 217-7970 or reach out to me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pets- Of All Kinds
Per our Coastal Oaks Rules and Regulations," Whenever outside the residence, pets must be on a secure leash. No pet shall be allowed to run free at any time." This rule is intended for all pets not just dogs. Please take care to ensure that all of your pets
Lake Bank Maintenance
Homes within Coastal Oaks located on the water are on lots that extend to the water's edge meaning that the lake bank is the homeowner's property. The maintenance of these lake banks is the homeowner's responsibility and should be maintained and treated as part of the unit.
