I wanted to provide you with some information about a couple of payment methods.
KlikNPay does not process payments unless there is a balance on your account. Your second quarter HOA fees should be posted by March 28th. Please plan to process your payment after that date. Thank you to the residents who alerted me to the delay in the process procedure.
PayLease will process payments without an account balance.
Coupons are provided as a courtesy to help remind residents of the recurring HOA fees. However, you do not need a coupon to make your HOA payment. Just include your Coastal Oaks account number with your method of payment.
As an added convenience to residents, Victoria can process checks (only) through PayLease in the residential clubhouse. Victoria’s hours are Monday and Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm/Saturday and Sunday noon to 5 pm.
Easter Weekend Hours:
Victoria will be working on Saturday, March 26th, however she will not be working on Easter Sunday.
New “Guest” Procedures Implemented in Guard Station:
The guards will be providing dashboard passes to all owner guests, including those guests with owner authorized access in Connect. Your guest should be parking in your driveway if space is available without impeding the sidewalks. If there is not enough space in your driveway, the dashboard pass enables your guest(only) to park on the street until 10:00 pm. There should be no vehicles parked on the street overnight. If your guest is staying overnight, please arrange to move the vehicle to a community provided parking area such as the residential clubhouse. This new procedure will reduce the number of parking violations issued for parking on the street. Owner registered vehicles must be stored in garages (per Rules & Regulations/Covenants) or parked in the driveway, not on the street. Please be patient with the guards as they implement this new procedure. I highly recommend notifying the guards of arriving guests in advance.
Spring Prepping Continues:
- The recreation park will be pressured washed on Tuesday, March 29th.
- Selected monument signs in need of touch ups will be addressed during the week of March 28th.
- Landscaping as installed the spring annuals in the common areas.
- A replacement barrier arm for left side resident entrance has been ordered.
- Waiting for proposals for the pedestrian gate and sidewalk repairs.
The Management Transition:
Much of my time is spent researching outstanding issues, requesting proposals for various community projects, ongoing training, resolving resident and vendor issues, as well as ongoing inspections of the community. Although I am onsite Monday through Friday, I am not always in the clubhouse. The best way to get in touch with me is via email. If you would like to meet with me, just let me know and we can set a time to meet in the clubhouse. Victoria’s clubhouse hours are pretty consistent.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Coastal Oaks residents for your warm welcome, kindness and patience as I continue to work through the transition. Communications and response time will be much improved by May.
Enjoy your Easter weekend!
