Per the Coastal Oaks Homeowner's Association Rules and Regulations on Parking:
"No parking in the streets at anytime. Vehicles in violation will be towed at the owner's expense."
This does not mean you can move your vehicle after receiving a town notice, and then park again on the street another day. Vehicle license plates are documented, and you will not receive a SECOND notice. If you are expecting a large number of guests for an event, you are required to notify the guardhouse of the date, time, and number of vehicles to expect.
Coastal Oaks has contracted a professional company to handle the feral hog issues.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE should an owner feed, trap, or kill the feral hogs. Feeding the hogs close to your home quickly teaches them to come close to the houses to eat. This is putting you, your family, your neighbors, and your pets at a HIGH SAFETY RISK. Please leave this job to the professional trappers. If you see hogs, call or email me immediately and I will contact the trappers. Under most circumstances, they will come out the same day.
